Spring of 2019 was a little bit of a chilly one, but that did not stop Katherine & David's big day at the beautifully rustic Kilminorth Cottages in Looe.
They always wanted a relaxed day and to just enjoy the time with their friends and families, sharing every moment together and I was more than happy photographing it.
Kilminorth Cottages is a lovely array of cottages and little walks just a few minutes drive from the quaint little town! The gorgeous colours of the freshly bloomed flowers really added some colour into the scenery, and Jayne, who runs this lovely venue, was incredible, making sure the whole day went smoothly and checking everyone was enjoying their day too!
Katherine's stunning up-do was created by Lily of the Valley, Cornwall.
The beautiful, rustic bouquets and floral arrangements by St. Mellion Flowers.
I will always be a huge fan of naked cakes, and this one, made by their loving family, was by far one of the best! Created with three different flavours and finished off with a lovely light layering of icing sugar! Tasty!
Couples portraiture is always the best time for the couple to relax, take in the recent events and enjoy your first hour being a married couple! In this time I always tell my couples to just go for a walk, talk about everything thats just happened, get caught up in each other and be open with your love!
'Do you have any beer?' 'Let me check in the tub!'
I loved Katherine & David's little details at the reception marquee. Everything that goes into your day looking magical is something I love to capture, the flower arrangements, table runners, even little dessert signs! Every wedding gives me so much inspiration that I love to share with my couples to be.

Thank-you so much Katherine and David for choosing me to photograph your big day, definitely one to remember!
